Having your inspection data at your fingertips is more important now than ever.  That’s why TP has developed report dashboards custom to your inspection needs.  Each dashboard provides you timely information that is easy to access and understand.  Not only can you instantly gauge your facilities performance, but you can also see how you perform compared to your industry peers.   

All dashboards provide secure access to your plant data and can be accessed directly from the TP website or via the Power BI app.  Access to individual facilities is configured for each user through a secure login.  This can allow regional managers to have access to multiple facilities and plant personnel to have access to only their facility data.

TP’s lumber dashboard gives you the information you need to maintain your quality control system.  With on-line reports, your data is always accessible and ready for your review.  If you have multiple facilities, your data for all facilities is accessible through one screen. 

This system includes:

  • Overviews of above grade, below grade, excess moisture content and volume inspected.
    • Speedometer gauges showing average values for these items along with lowest values and highest values recorded.
  • A breakdown of defects and below grade by grade.
  • Date range comparison for actual inspection dates.
  • Ability to filter results by grade, thickness, width, and length.
  • Defect Survey and Grader Evaluation information.
  • Ability to export your inspection data.
  • Capability to compare your data to the rest of the industry.

The WPM Report Dashboard provides secure access to your plant data and can be accessed directly from the TP website.  Access to individual facilities is configured for each user through a secure login.  This can allow regional managers to have access to multiple facilities and plant personnel to have access to only their facility data.

The following tools are available to our WPM subscribers:

  • Download Site Review Reports which provide a 12-month summary of an individual facilities inspections.
  • Lists inspections for each facility to include routine, follow-ups, attempts, letters and ALSC inspections.
  • Provides a quick review of any process system issues outside of standard parameters as well as if any materials were quarantined during the inspection.
