TIMBER PRODUCTS Quality Management Course

Our Quality Management Course is designed to introduce "open-sourced" technologies and sustainability processes that support the constant state of change we all face in managing the quality effort. Participants will learn how to implement "Go-See Assessments", "Quality at the Source" and other lean manufacturing techniques to help identify abnormalities and drive out errors in product quality.  This class is designed for associates who are relatively new to managing the quality process yet empowered to drive change.  Optimizer Technicians, Equipment Operators, Quality Control Personnel and all levels of leadership are invited to attend.
