The unauthorized and/or fraudulent use of the TP IPPC mark is illegal and a situation we take seriously. Anyone with information regarding the misuse of IPPC marks should contact TP's WPM Manager immediately. There is so much to be thankful for and we wish everyone a safe and blessed holiday. Our offices in Peachtree City will be closed November 24th & 25th so we can spend time with our families. Our offices will re-open on November 28th. We are very thankful for the opportunity to be of service to you in the WPM program.
Old WPM Stamp Format
It has been eight years since the official format for the IPPC mark changed from having the Trademark inside the box to outside the box. At that time, the Trademark "in box" marks were completely retired and all facilities had received the new Trademark "outside the box" stamps with the agency number (16 for TP) in front of their facility number. Unfortunately, an old mark can pop up once in a great while and facilities should understand that these marks are considered non-conforming and should not be used, but held for retrieval by their Inspector. If you have a question about any IPPC related mark, please contact your Inspector or our office for assistance.
